GRAEBENER GROUP's end
bevelling machines are typically
used for pipes, pipe bends and
bottoms. Depending on the
processing task the system can
be designed for a processing
on one or on two sides.
For smaller fittings modular
processing units are combined
with standardized part clamping
and changing systems.

Larger work pieces as for example
pipes with large dimensions make
other demands on the machining
technology. By means of this CNC
end bevelling machines
GRAEBENER GROUP is able to
meet these expectations.
Therefore all usual end shapes
can be produced. If requested by
the customer these machines can
be equipped with an automatic
machine centering and an
automatic ovality measurement.
The CNC processing can follow the
measured ovality and therefore a
constant thickness of the root face
can be reached. The ovality can
also be memorized and then be
used as a default for the next pipe.
